[摘 要] 目的 觀察分析神经外科疾病合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理措施及其效果. 方法 选取2015年5月—2016年4月期间在该院接受治疗的神经外科疾病合并糖尿病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组患者实施常规护理措施,观察组则针对患者病情实施化护理,在此基础上观察对比两组患者在围术期是否出现各种不良反应如低血糖、伤口感染等,并观察两组患者是否出现糖尿病急性并发症等.结果 观察组患者围术期低血糖发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者围术期感染发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者在围术期糖尿病急性并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）.结论 神经外科疾病合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理非常重要,针对患者病情实施*化护理措施,有助于降低患者围术期低血糖、感染等不良反应的发生率,同时也可以降低糖尿病急性并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用.

Observation on Nursing During the Perioperative Period of Diseases in the Department of Neurosurgery and Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the nursing measures and effect during the perioperative period of diseases in the department of neurosurgery and diabetes. Methods 80 cases of patients with diseases in the department of neurosurgery and diabetes in our hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing measures, while the observation group adopted the customized nursing according to the diseases, and the adverse reactions such as hypoglycemia and wound infection of the two groups were compared, and the diabetes acute complications of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence rate of hypoglycemia during the perioperative period in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）, and the incidence rate of infection during the perioperaitve period in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）, and the incidence rate of diabetes acute complications during the perioperative period in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The perioperative nursing of patients with diseases in the department of neurosurgery and diabetes is very important, and we should implement the customized nursing measures according to the diseases, which contributes to reducing the incidence rate of adverse reactions such as hypoglycemia and infection during the perioperative period, at the same time, it also can reduce the incidence rate of diabetes acute complications, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
