[摘 要] 目的 探讨口腔护理管理中风险管理的实施价值.方法 选取该院于2016年4月—2017年3月所收治的126例口腔疾病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,给予对照组常规护理管理,观察组于对照组基础上加施风险管理,观察并比较两组患者护理质量、护理事故发生情况及患者护理满意度.结果 两组实施管理护理前各项护理质量指标评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,实施后均有所上升,观察组护理后各项护理质量指标评分均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.结论 在口腔护理管理当中实施风险管理可有效提高临床护理质量,减少护理事故的发生,同时提高患者护理满意度,有利减少护患纠纷,具较高实施价值.

[Abstract] Objective To study the implementation value of risk management in the oral nursing management. Methods 126 cases of patients with oral diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine nursing management, while the observation group adopted the risk management on the basis of the control group, and the nursing quality, occurrence of nursing accidents and nursing satisfactory degree of patients were compared between the two groups. Results There were no obvious differences in various nursing quality scores before and after the implementation of nursing management between the two groups（P>0.05）, and these indicators increased after implementation, and various nursing quality indicator scores after nursing in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of risk management in the oral nursing management can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality, reduce the occurrence of nursing accidents, improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients, and reduce the nursing disputes, and it is of higher implementation value.

伴隨医疗技术的发展和进步,医护工作中逐步引入各类新技术、新仪器等,虽然提高了临床医护工作的效率,但同时也加大了医护工作的风险[1].口腔护理管理贯穿整个治疗过程,有时一些微不足道的细节却会给患者带来诸多不安全影响.研究为探讨风险管理在口腔护理管理中的实施价值,该案选取了该院于2016年4月—2017年3月所收治的126例口腔疾病患者为对象进行研究,现将研究结果报道如下.
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料
选取该院所收治的口腔疾病患者,依随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组63例.对照组男32例,女31例；年龄 22～76岁,平均（37.6±2.3）岁.观察组男33例,女30例；年龄 23～78岁,平均（38.1±2.2）岁.两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,具可比性.
