[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the application effect of flexible management in the nursing management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 120 cases of patients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group, while 120 cases of patients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the control group, and the observation group adopted the flexible management, while the control group adopted the routine management, and the quality of life, error rate of management staff, compliant rate and satiactory degree of the two groups before and after management were compared. Results The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）, and the error rate, compliant rate in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,（0.83%, 0.00% vs 4.17%, 3.33%）, and the satisfactory degree was obviously higher than that in the control group,（95.83% vs 80.83%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of flexible management in the nursing management work in the department of gynecology and obstetrics can obviously improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the error rate and compliant rate of management staff.

在婦产科的护理管理当中,日常护理操作和管理都会对妇产科患者的生命健康安全造成直接的影响[1].为了提高妇产科的护理管理效果,该文对2016年6月—2017年6月的120例妇产科患者实施柔性管理的应用效果进行简要的分析,并与常规管理进行对比.
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
以2016年6月—2017年6月期间的120例妇产科患者作为该次的观察组,并选取2015年5月—2016年5月期间的120例妇产科患者作为对照组；在观察组的120例患者中,年龄在21～39岁之间,平均年龄为（30.37±6.73）岁,孕周在37～42周之间,平均孕周为（40.12±1.21）周,初产妇有83例,经产妇有37例.在对照组的120例患者中,年龄在22～39岁之间,平均年龄为（29.78±5.27）岁,孕周在38～42周之间,平均孕周为（39.72±2.18）周,初产妇有79例,经产妇有41例.两组患者的年龄、孕周和产次等一般资料方面差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,具有可比性.
